Recently , I was locked out of outlook.com , and I contacted your support staff on your 1-800 number , RAY , of your department answered my call , explained to me the situation , repaired my computer and I was back on line the same day . ( THANK –YOU , RAY . ) , and another glitch 3 days later , this time it was SHARON . ( THANK – YOU , SHARON ) .
